Do you ship worldwide?

Simple answer - yes! We can send all parts listed on our shop anywhere in the world. While we can send anything from coilovers to wheels to all countries via speedy air freight, larger aero parts (body kits etc.) might need to be sent by sea freight.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

This depends on the items that you are ordering, and we try to put as much information as possible with regards to lead times in our product descriptions.

Some products (such as body kits and bumpers) are made-to-order, whereas more popular products (such as interior parts and LED lights) are held in stock and are available for immediate dispatch.

The shipping time also depends on the country that you are located in. Our Courier Shipping option is the fastest shipping method that we can offer, while orders sent via Royal Mail shipping will generally take longer to arrive.

 

Where will my order be dispatched from?

On our special JimnyStyle EU shop (eu.jimnystyle.com), orders are shipped from three different locations, depending on the products requested and the shipping destination. Each product shown on the JimnyStyle EU shop displays information advising which warehouse the item will be dispatched from. Please check this information for each item you wish to order.

JimnyStyle EU Warehouse:

Items will be shipped from within the EU
  • 
Items will include EU VAT (sales tax) at the time of ordering
  • No additional import duties or taxes to pay when the items arrive


JimnyStyle UK Warehouse:

  • Very large and/or custom order parts are shipped from this warehouse
  • 
Items will be shipped from the UK
  • 
Items will not include VAT (sales tax) at the time of ordering
  • When the items arrive in the EU, you will need to pay EU VAT (sales tax) and import duties/taxes (depending on the value of the order and/or the country that the products are manufactured in)


Front Runner EU Warehouse

  • Items will be shipped from within the EU
  • 
Items will include EU VAT (sales tax) at the time of ordering
  • No additional import duties or taxes to pay when the items arrive

Do I need to pay import duties & taxes?

Some items might be liable for import duty, tariffs or taxes once they arrive from JimnyStyle at your EU shipping address. However, this does not apply to all items, for example, products manufactured in the EU or UK, or items sent from the JimnyStyle EU Warehouse. Where possible, we will notify you if a particular product is manufactured in the EU or UK. All local taxes and import duties are subject to the shipping company and local authority's discretion and STREET TRACK LIFE LTD is not liable for any charges incurred. 

If your order is being delivered to USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand etc., you might be required to pay local taxes and import duties. This is common practice and the amount owed is calculated in accordance with the value of your goods. All local taxes and import duties are subject to the shipping company and local authority's discretion and STREET TRACK LIFE LTD is not liable for any charges incurred. 

If you refuse to pay the local taxes and import duties that are requested from you, your order will be returned to us automatically and your order will be refunded minus the original shipping fee that you paid and any additional charges incurred when the shipment is returned to us (including, but not limited to, return shipping fees, courier handling fees etc.).
